Viewing Your Degree Evaluation

Your degree evaluation lists the general education requirements and the courses you are using to meet those requirements.

1. Click on the Student Records menu of the Student Services page. At the top of the menu, you may choose to view a brief instructional video.

2. Click on Degree Evaluation.

3. Click on View Evaluation Results at the bottom of the page.

4. Click on the underlined Program.

Note that this evaluation includes classes required to meet general education and field of study degree requirements only. It includes completed classes as well as classes in registration. The evaluation is not in real-time but rather run on a schedule during the semester. The date it was last run appears on the evaluation page. A legend for the evaluation will appear at the bottom of the page. For detailed information on the requirements listed, refer to the “General Education Requirements” section of this document or the 2006–2008 Undergraduate Catalog.
