Viewing Your Registration
Your current registration will be available for viewing on BannerWeb on Monday, July 21, 2008.
Before you begin selecting your Fall 2008 classes, please review your current registration in BannerWeb. Selected students will be registered for ENGL 103 – Expository Writing. The Writing Center has reviewed the records of all incoming students. If you are pre-registered for ENGL 103, that review determined that you would benefit from being enrolled in ENGL 103 your first semester. While you are permitted to drop or change your ENGL 103 registration, you are strongly encouraged to take the course your first semester. It will fulfill your COM1 requirement, which must be met for graduation. If you are registered for ENGL 103 but are receiving transfer credit for the course from AP, IB, or another institution, you should drop ENGL 103 from your registration. You will not get credit for the same course twice.
Students who took the TOEFL but whose score did not automatically exempt them from the COM2 requirement will also be registered for ENGL 140 Academic Writing in English as a Second Language. Sucessful completion of this course will complete the COM2 requirement. Students pre-registered for this course may not drop or change it via BannerWeb.
