To determine your appropriate placement in Arabic, answer the following questions:

• Is Arabic spoken in your home?
  If yes, contact Dr. Kasongo Kapanga for placement.
• Have you studied Arabic for one year in high school?
  If yes, register for Arabic 101.
• Have you studied Arabic for two years in high school?
  If yes, register for Arabic 102 and contact Dr. Kapanga for final placement. (If your study of Arabic concluded two or more years ago, register for 101 and contact Prof. Sulzer-Reichel.)
• Have you studied Arabic for three or more years in high school?
  If yes, choose Arabic 201 and contact Dr. Kapanga for final placement.
